I dont usually care to spend time reviewing random companies online, but the customer service was so unusual that I felt the karmic obligation to give them a 5 star rating/review. Emails were responded to quickly, mix up (on my part) was easily resolved, and updates were given to me without prompting. The "big box" companies online can learn a thing or two about customer service from this company.

The people that own the store are awesome! Not pushy, very helpful, caring, and genuine! Highly recommended

Really cool store. The nice lady helping me and my husband really knew her stuff. She said she'd been into hydroponics for about 8 years now, and she had a thoughtful answer for every question. The owner, Dave, was equally as helpful and knowledgeable -- suggesting products and insight based on our particular set up and needs. This store is open 7 days a week and they said they always want to focus on encouraging, not discouraging. Whatever makes the system work for you; they give the materials and advice but you build the house, so to speak. Great example of a solid partnership between a smaller business and repeat customers. Happy we stopped in!🪴 Note: Amazon is quite a bit cheaper for some of the products they had. BUT you don't get the great knowledge and customer service. It's a trade-off. Personally, I liked being able to see my options in person and asking questions before buying. Also, if you're walking in with anyone who may not be suited to this environment -- they do have marijuana plants on the premises! The smell was pretty strong imo!
